  • 天かす : 大さじ2と1/2
  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
  • (A) Sugar : 小さじ1/2
  • (A) Umami seasoning : 3振り

Procedure

    鍋にお湯(分量外)を沸かし、1%程度の塩を加える。
    オクラを入れて、かき混ぜながら1分30秒茹でる。
    ザルにあけて、流水で冷ます。

  3. 3) 和える 07:00

    オクラを細めに切り、保存容器に移す。
    海苔を千切って加える。
    (A)を加えてよく混ぜる。
    天かすを加えてよく和えたら完成。
