Ingredients
- 炒り豆 : 40g
- 砂糖 : 大さじ2
- 塩 : 小さじ1/4
- 水 : 大さじ1/2
- きな粉 : 20g

加熱する

Add sugar and salt to the frying pan and mix.
Add water and heat.
Add roasted beans and heat while stirring.
When it becomes sticky, add soybean flour and mix.
Remove into a container and let cool. -

盛り付ける

1をお皿に盛り付けて完成。
Point
・水を加えて火にかけたあと、フライパンを揺すって動かしながら加熱するとよい。
・きな粉を加えたあと、きな粉が全体についたら取り出す。
・フライパンに入れたまま冷ますと焦げてしまうため、必ず容器などに取り出す。
・アレンジで黒砂糖やシナモンを使用しても美味しく作れる。
・ヨーグルトに入れても美味しい。
