- 鶏もも肉 : 300g
- 卵 : 2個
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1
- 油 : 小さじ2
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ2
- (B) Sugar : 小さじ1
- (B) Mayonnaise : 大さじ4

Crack the eggs into a heat-resistant container and lightly beat the yolks.
Lightly cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Mash finely with a fork and remove from heat. -

Place chicken thighs in a cold frying pan and cut into 16 equal pieces using kitchen scissors.
Add potato starch and coat.
Drizzle with oil and place over medium heat.
Cook for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for 4 minutes.
Wipe off excess grease with kitchen paper.
Push the chicken thighs to one side and add (A) into the empty space, then simmer for 2 minutes and mix well. -
