Ingredients
- Chinese cabbage : 1/4 piece (300-400g)

Finely chop the green onions and put them in a bowl.
Remove the buds from the garlic, chop it finely and add it to the bowl.
Peel and chop the ginger and add to the bowl. -

Repeat this process, changing the orientation of the Chinese cabbage leaves, until all the thinly sliced pork belly is used up.
Finally, cover with one Chinese cabbage leaf. -

Add (A) to a bowl and mix well.

・Ingredients are enough for 2 to 3 people.
・In the video, a heat-resistant container measuring 22cm x 14cm and 4.5cm in height is used.
・Make sure that the thinly sliced pork belly does not protrude beyond the Chinese cabbage leaves, and if it protrudes, fold it back.
・By stacking the Chinese cabbage leaves upside down, the thickness will be better balanced.
・In step 6, press lightly while cutting the Chinese cabbage and thinly sliced pork belly so that they do not shift.
・Heating time varies depending on various conditions such as the size of the heat-resistant container, so adjust it while monitoring the situation.
