Ingredients
- firm tofu : 1 gun
- 豚ひき肉 : 100g
- ニラ : 1/3把
- ブラックペッパー : 小さじ1/2
- (A)水 : 100㏄
- (A)醤油 : 小さじ5
- (A)酢 : 小さじ3
- (A)ラー油 : 小さじ2
- (A)みりん : 小さじ1
- (A)顆粒中華調味料 : 小さじ1
- ごま油 : 適量

Finely chop the chives.
Add sesame oil to the frying pan.
Add minced pork and stir-fry.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
Once the minced pork is cooked, turn off the heat.
Cut the firm tofu into desired sizes and add. -

・Mom tofu is recommended as silk tofu crumbles easily.
・The ratio of seasonings is 20 parts water, 5 parts soy sauce, 3 parts vinegar, 2 parts chili oil, 1 part mirin, and 1 part Chinese seasoning.
- Chives can be eaten raw, so cook them in the residual heat.
・If you like, you can add shichimi chili pepper.
