  • 卵 : 3個
  • (A)Water : 110cc
  • (A) Bonito powder : 3g
  • (A) Salt : 小さじ1/3
  • (A) Umami seasoning : 4振り
  • 砂糖 : 2つまみ
  • サラダ油 : 適量

Procedure

    Add (A) and mix. Once mixed thoroughly, add sugar and mix again.

    サラダ油をキッチンペーパーに染みこませ、玉子焼き機に塗る。
    強めの中火に火にかけ、温まったらお玉1杯分を流し入れる。
    卵液を広げたら手前側から巻いていき形を整え、油を再度敷いて卵液を1杯分手前側に流し入れる。
    奥側の卵を少し持ち上げ卵液を全体に広げ、大きな気泡は潰し奥側から巻いていく。
    巻いたら奥側に卵を移動させ、同じ手順で卵液が無くなるまで繰り返し焼く。
    お皿に盛り付け、包丁で切り分けたら完成。

Point

・If you don't have bonito powder, heat the bonito flakes in the microwave at 600W for 40 seconds, then mix with your hands until it becomes powdery.

- Adding sugar adds depth to the flavor.
・It will be more delicious if you spread plenty of oil on it.
