Ingredients

  • ブロッコリー : 1株(約300~350g)
  • スパゲティーニ : 160g
  • にんにく : 1片
  • オリーブオイル : 大さじ3
  • しらす : 40g
  • 水 : 1.5L
  • 塩 : 大さじ1
  • 醤油 : 小さじ1~2
  • 粉チーズ : 適量
  • 粗びきこしょう : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 01:12

    Prepare a large bowl.
    In a bowl, scrape off the tops of the broccoli with a knife.
    Peel the remaining broccoli core and cut into rounds.
    Finely chop the garlic.

  2. 2) パスタを茹でる 02:39

    フライパンに、1のにんにくとオリーブオイルを入れて弱火にかける。
    水を沸騰させた別のフライパンに、塩を入れる。
    スパゲッテーニを入れて、8分茹でる。

  3. 3) ソースを作る 03:32

    2のにんにくを入れたフライパンの、にんにくが少し色づいてきたら火から離す。
    しらすを入れて、炒める。
    ブロッコリーを入れて、全体を絡ませる。
    2のパスタの茹で汁を、お玉1杯分入れる。
    フライパンに蓋をして、弱火で3~4分煮る。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 05:12

    Remove the lid from Step 3 and mix everything together.
    Add the boiled 2 to 3.
    Add soy sauce.
    Intertwine the whole thing.
    Serve on a plate.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese and coarsely ground pepper if you like.

Point

- Wash broccoli thoroughly before cutting.
・By shaving the broccoli, it becomes easier to mix with the pasta.
・You can use tuna instead of whitebait.
- Boil the pasta for 1 minute less than the time indicated on the package.
・In step 4, mix in the broccoli so that it is lightly crushed.
・When mixing everything in step 4, add an appropriate amount of olive oil if you like.
