- (A) Tamari soy sauce : 大さじ1

- (A) Chicken soup base : 小さじ1
- 油 : 適量
- ごま油 : 小さじ1
- 水 : 大さじ1
- 油(生姜用) : 大さじ1
- 小ネギ : 適量
- 炒りごま : 適量

Finely chop the ginger.
Trim both ends of the new onion and cut into 8 equal pieces.
Cut the pork belly in half.
Tightly wrap the fresh onion in the pork belly. -
