Grate the onions.
Trim off any protruding strings from the chicken fillet and cut it diagonally into 3 equal parts.
Sprinkle sugar over the fillet and mix well. -

Add (A) and mix well.
Close the plastic bag well and leave it at room temperature for 15 minutes. -

Remove the chicken breasts from step 2 from the plastic bag, coat them one by one with batter, and place them in a vat. -

・By rubbing sugar into the fillet, the flavor becomes richer and the meat becomes softer.
- Marinated with onions and mayonnaise, it becomes moist and soft.
・I cut off the part of the chicken breast that sticks out, but if it bothers you, remove all the strings.
・If you want to remove all the streaks, it is easier to remove them using kitchen paper and a fork.
・The reason for leaving it at room temperature in step 2 is to make it easier to cook when frying.
- Apply a thin layer of batter by patting the batter with your hands.
・If you are frying in several batches, be sure to clean the oil with a mesh ladle after frying.
