- 粗びきこしょう : 適量

新玉ねぎは、6等分のくし切りにする。
にんにくは、手や木べらで潰し芯を取り除く。
ベーコンは、1枚を6等分ほどの大きさに切る。 -

蒸し焼きにする

フライパンに、1の材料を並べ入れる。
塩を振りかける。
(A)を入れる。
フライパンに蓋をして、中火にかける。
焼き音がしてきたら、弱めの中火にし10分ほど蒸し焼きにする。 -

玉ねぎを裏返す

2の蓋を開けて、玉ねぎを裏返す。
水を加える。
再び蓋をして、弱火で5～10分ほど蒸し焼きにする。 -

仕上げる

3の蓋を開ける。
ピザ用チーズをのせる。
再び蓋をして、ピザ用チーズが溶けたらお皿に盛り付ける。
お好みで、粗びきこしょうをかけたら完成。
Point
・In this recipe, the new onions are cooked with the cores attached.
・If the new onion is small, you can cut it into quarters.
- Arrange the new onions with the cut side facing down.
