牛乳を加える。
500Wの電子レンジで2分加熱する。
泡立て器で溶かし混ぜる。
卵を割って加えてよく混ぜる。
おからパウダーを加えてよく混ぜる。 -

クッキングシートを敷いた耐熱容器に1を流し入れる。
耐熱容器を上から3回ほど落として空気を抜く。
軽くラップを被せて、500Wの電子レンジで4分加熱する。
ラップを外し、生地に竹串を刺して、火通りを確認する。
耐熱容器から取り出し、クッキングシートを外して粗熱を取る。 -

お好みの大きさに切り分けて完成。
