    春雨を別のボウルに入れ、ぬるま湯(分量外)
    につけ戻す。
    ベーコンは、細切りにする。
    にんにくは、みじん切りにする。

    1の春雨が、ほぐれてきたらキッチンバサミで食べやすい長さに切る。
    春雨とレタスをザルにあけ、水気を切っておく。
