Ingredients

  • Bitter melon : 1 bottle (230g)
  • 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
  • 生姜 : 5g

  • (A) Dashi stock : 小さじ1/2

  • (B) Noodle soup : 大さじ3
  • (B) Cooking sake : 大さじ3
  • (B) Vinegar : 小さじ2
  • (B) Sugar : 小さじ1/2

Procedure

  1. 1) Preparing the bitter melon 01:52

    Cut off both ends of the bitter melon and slice into 1-1.5cm rounds.
    Scoop out the pith with a spoon and remove the core.

・The ingredients are enough for 2-3 people.
・The noodle soup used is twice as concentrated.
