Ingredients
- Bonito powder : 3g
- 玉ねぎ : 1/4個(60g)
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ2
- (A) Water : 大さじ2
- うま味調味料 : 3振り
- Frozen rice : 200g
- 三つ葉 : 適量
- 卵(先入用) : 1個
- 卵(後入用) : 1個

Peel and cut off the core of the onion, then slice thinly across the fibers.
Heat the frozen rice in a 600W microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds. -

Add onions to frying pan.
Add (A) and heat, stirring.
Add bonito powder and umami seasoning.
Cover and simmer over low to medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
Put the eggs (for first addition) into a container and beat them.
If the seasoning has evaporated, add water (not included in the recipe).
Add the beaten eggs (added first), cover and simmer over low-medium heat for about 50 seconds.
Beat the eggs (to be added later), open the frying pan, add the eggs and mix.
Cover and simmer until half cooked. -

Finish by topping with mitsuba.

・Amount per serving.
If you don't have bonito powder, you can use dried bonito flakes instead by heating them in the microwave and crushing them into powder with your fingers.
・You can substitute mitsuba with green onions.
Use a small frying pan.
Mix the eggs carefully so that the whites and yolks do not get completely mixed together.
-You can also add shichimi pepper or Japanese pepper to taste to make it even more delicious.
