Ingredients

  • 鶏もも肉 : 2枚
  • 玉ねぎ : 1個
  • にんじん : 1本
  • ブロッコリー : 1/2房
  • マッシュルーム : 9個
  • じゃがいも : 3個
  • にんにく : 3片
  • ローリエ : 1枚
  • オリーブオイル : 大さじ2
  • 小麦粉 : 大さじ3
  • 牛乳 : 400cc
  • 水 : 100cc
  • ブイヨン : 大さじ1
  • 塩 : 適量
  • コショウ : 適量

Procedure

    Cut off both ends of the carrots and chop them into irregular pieces.
    Peel the onion, cut off the root end, roughly chop one half and thinly slice the other half.
    Cut off the stems of the broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces and wash thoroughly under running water.

    Wipe the mushrooms with kitchen paper, then cut off the tips of the stems and slice thickly.

    炒めた具材を鍋に移動させ、残った油で玉ねぎとにんじんを炒める。
    塩を適量振りかけ炒め、玉ねぎがしんなりとしたら小麦粉を加え炒め、鍋に移す。

  3. 3) 具材を煮る 06:29

    鍋に牛乳を100cc加え混ぜ合わせ、全体が混ざれば300cc牛乳を加え混ぜる。
    水を加え中火にかけ、ローリエを加え混ぜる。
    マッシュルームとじゃがいもを加え、軽く混ぜたら蓋をして15分煮込む。
    全体をかき混ぜブイヨンを加え混ぜたら、ブロッコリーを加え再度蓋をして10分煮る。
    味を見て塩コショウで味を調整したら、お皿に盛り付けて完成。

Point

-When frying chicken thighs, it is a good idea to move the garlic on top of the chicken thighs to prevent it from burning.
-When frying onions and carrots, if there isn't enough oil, add additional olive oil.
・Bouillon can be substituted with consommé.
・If there is not enough water, add an additional 100cc.
