Point
・The amount shown is enough for four rice balls.
・Grated sesame seeds can be used instead of white sesame seeds.
- Pickled radish and tempura flakes add texture.
- Granulated Japanese soup stock can be substituted with chicken stock powder, but it has a strong flavor so use less of it.
