Ingredients

  • Potatoes : 300g
  • ハム : 4枚
  • 人参 : 50g
  • きゅうり : 1本
  • (A) Sugar : 小さじ1
  • (A) Vinegar : 小さじ1
  • (A) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ1/2
  • (A) Japanese-style granulated soup stock : 小さじ1/2
  • (B) Milk : 小さじ2
  • (B) Mayonnaise : 大さじ3
  • (B) Salt and pepper : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Cooking the potatoes 01:33

    Peel the potatoes and remove the sprouts,
    Cut into bite-sized pieces.
    Transfer to a heat-resistant bowl filled with water (not included in the recipe) and leave for 5 minutes.
    Drain off the water and wrap in plastic wrap to allow air to circulate.
    Heat in a 600W microwave for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Once cooked, wipe off the water with kitchen paper.

    人参を軽く広げて粗熱をとる。
    ハムを半分に切って重ね、1cm幅に切る。
    きゅうりを水洗いして、水気を絞る。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 06:53

    Add 3 and (B) to 2 and mix thoroughly.
    Taste and add salt and pepper to taste to finish.

Point

・The amount shown is enough for 2-3 people.
・We use Baron potatoes, but you can use any type of potato.
You can add onions if you like.
If you don't have a masher, use a fork.
- Rubbing cucumbers with salt will remove their bitterness.
