Ingredients

  • Pork loin : 250g
  • 塩コショウ : 適量
  • ラード : 大さじ1
  • 玉ねぎ : 100g
  • 千切りキャベツ : 適量
  • (A) Sugar : 小さじ1
  • (A) Mirin : 小さじ2
  • (A) Alcohol : 小さじ2
  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
  • (A) Gochujang : 小さじ1
  • (A) Umami seasoning : 3振り
  • (A) Black pepper : 適量
  • 生姜 : 5g
  • にんにく : 5g

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the ingredients 02:50

    Cut the onion into 1cm pieces.
    Peel the garlic.
    Pound the pork loin with a meat tenderizer or fork and season with salt and pepper on both sides.

    玉ねぎに油が行き渡ったら2を加え、絡めるように炒める。
    味が馴染んだら火から下す。

  4. 4) 盛り付ける 10:26

    お皿に千切りキャベツを盛り、隣に3を盛り付けたら完成。

Point
