Crush the garlic with the flat side of a knife.
Press and mash the green part of the spring onion with the flat side of a knife.
Add rice oil to a frying pan and add the crushed garlic, green parts of the spring onions, and bonito flakes.
Heat over low heat, being careful not to burn, to transfer the aroma to the oil.
Once the aroma has transferred and the meat has browned, add (A) and mix.
Bring to a boil over very low heat. -

出汁も搾り取るように押さえてスープを注ぐ。
茹で上がった中華麺を湯切りし、丼ぶりに盛る。
中華麺の上に(B)をトッピングして完成。
Point
