  • ご飯(温かいもの) : 茶碗2杯
  • potato starch : 4 tbsp
  • 熱湯 : 大さじ4
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ2
  • (A)味噌 : 大さじ2
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ1/2
  • (A)水 : 大さじ1/2
  • ゴマ油 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Making mochi 01:15

    (A)を器にいれて混ぜる。
    電子レンジで1分温める。

  3. 3) 餅を焼く 05:42

    熱したフライパンにごま油をひく。
    フライパンに1の餅を並べて蓋をして2~3分焼く。
    蓋を外して反対側にも焼き目をつける。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 07:11

    3の餅に2の甘味噌をつけて完成。

Point
