Ingredients

  • ブロッコリー : 1房
  • 米 : 2合
  • 塩 : ふたつまみ
  • 鶏胸肉 : 1枚
  • 片栗粉 : 大さじ1と1/2
  • ごま油 : 大さじ1/2
  • 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ3
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ3
  • (A)料理酒 : 大さじ2
  • (A)人工甘味料 : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (A)おろし生姜 : 6cm
  • 粉山椒 : 8振り
  • 味付け海苔 : 適量
  • ミニトマト : 8個

Procedure

  1. 1) ブロッコリーご飯を炊く 02:45

    Place the broccoli florets in a bowl filled with water (not included in the recipe) and shake to rinse.
    Separate the broccoli into florets and stalks, then cut the skin off the stalks thickly.
    Put the washed rice into the rice cooker and add water (not included in the recipe) up to the 1.5 cups line.
    Add whole broccoli florets and stalks.
    Add salt.
    Place in rice cooker and cook as normal.

    Slice the onion thinly.
    Remove the skin from the chicken breasts and slice them thinly.
    Place plastic wrap on top and pound with a rolling pin to make it thin.
    Remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle with potato starch, making sure it is evenly distributed.

    Once the broccoli rice is cooked, mix in the broccoli while breaking it up.
    Place broccoli rice in a Tupperware container.
    Sprinkle seasoned seaweed on top.
    Place 3 on top.
    Finish by garnishing with cherry tomatoes.

・冷凍保存で作り置きできる。食べる時は600Wの電子レンジで4~5分加熱する。
