Ingredients

  • クッキー : 120g
  • ホワイトチョコレート(混ぜる用) : 70g
  • ホワイトチョコレート(コーティング用) : 30g
  • (A)卵黄 : 3個分
  • (A)グラニュー糖 : 50g
  • 薄力粉 : 30g
  • 牛乳 : 280g
  • グレープフルーツ : 3個

Procedure

  1. 1) 土台を作る 00:25

    クッキーをジッパー袋に入れてめん棒を当てて細かく砕く。
    溶かしたホワイトチョコレート(混ぜる用)を加えて手で揉み込む。
    クッキーに均一にホワイトチョコレート(混ぜる用)が馴染んだら型に敷き詰めてコップの底などを当てて押し込む。
    ラップをして冷蔵庫で5分寝かして固める。
    冷蔵庫から出したら、ホワイトチョコレート(コーティング用)を刷毛にとり、表面に塗る。
    冷蔵庫で使うまで冷やしておく。

  2. 2) カスタードを作る 02:33

    耐熱ボウルに(A)を入れてホイッパーで混ぜる。
    薄力粉をふるい入れてホイッパーで混ぜる。
    牛乳を加えてホイッパーで完全に混ぜる。
    ラップをして600Wの電子レンジで1分加熱後、ホイッパーでダマがなくなるまで混ぜる。
    同様に1分加熱してその都度ホイッパーで混ぜることを残り5回繰り返す。

  3. 3) Chill the custard 04:52

    Pour 2 into 1, cover the surface with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for 30 minutes, then place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Point

・Use a tart mold with a diameter of 18cm.
