- (A)みりん : 大さじ1
- オリーブオイル : 適量

鶏もも肉は、皮面を包丁の背で叩いて広げる。
鶏もも肉の両面に、薄めに塩コショウを振る。 -

Place chicken thighs skin side down.
Arrange the zucchini next to the chicken thighs.
Press the chicken thighs with a spatula while grilling.
Once the zucchini and chicken thighs have browned, flip them over.

Cover the chicken thighs with aluminum foil.
