  • オリーブオイル : 適量

    ズッキーニは、1㎝幅ほどの輪切りにする。
    鶏もも肉は、皮面を包丁の背で叩いて広げる。
    鶏もも肉の両面に、薄めに塩コショウを振る。

  2. 2) 柚子胡椒ソースを作る 03:55

    ボウルに(A)を入れて、混ぜ合わせる。

    Add olive oil to a heated frying pan.
    Place chicken thighs skin side down.
    Arrange the zucchini next to the chicken thighs.
