Ingredients

  • 木綿豆腐 : 150g(1/2丁)
  • (A)鶏ミンチ : 150g
  • (A)片栗粉 : 大さじ2
  • (A)塩 : 小さじ1/4
  • 大葉 : 5枚
  • 油揚げ : 4枚
  • (B)水 : 大さじ5
  • (B)酒 : 大さじ1
  • (B)醤油 : 大さじ1
  • (B)砂糖 : 小さじ2
  • 油 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) タネを作る 01:00

    木綿豆腐をキチンペーパーの上に置いて水気を拭き取ってボウルに入れる。
    (A)を加えて手で揉み込んで豆腐を崩して練る。
    大葉の茎を切り落として、みじん切りしたものを加て混ぜる。

  2. 2) 詰める 01:52

    油揚げに切り込みを入れて袋状に広げる。
    1の1/4量を詰める。
    残りの油揚げにも同様に1を詰める。

  3. 3) 焼く 02:26

    フライパンに油を引いて中火で温める。
    2を並べて焼く。
    焼き色がついたら裏返して弱中火にして焼く。
    (B)を加えてフライパンを傾けて馴染ませる。
    フタをして弱めの中火で、途中で裏返しながら7分蒸し焼きにする。
    フタを取って水分を飛ばし、たれを絡める。

  4. 4) 盛り付ける 03:55

    食べやすい大きさに切ってお皿に盛り付けて完成。

Point
