- ニンニク : 2欠分(8g)
- 生姜 : 12g
- 細麺 : 1人前
- (A) Water : 100cc
- (A) Soy sauce : 100cc
- (A) Cooking sake : 100cc
- (A) Mirin : 100cc
- (B) Char siu broth : 大さじ3
- (B) Water : 300cc
- (B) Dried bonito : 小さじ1
- (B) Umami seasoning : 8振り
- (B)ラード : 5〜6cm
- 小ネギ : 適量
- メンマ : 適量
- 味付き卵 : 適量

Make the char siu

Place the frying pan on the stove.
Add the pork belly block and cook on all sides.
Wipe off the oil with kitchen paper.
Put (A) and spring onions in a pot, then add grated garlic and ginger to make the sauce for the char siu pork.
Place the browned pork belly block into the char siu sauce.
Bring the pot to a boil, then cover with a paper lid and simmer for 20 minutes.
Turn off the heat. -

Cut the char siu pork
