  • (A) Mirin : 100cc
  • (B) Char siu broth : 大さじ3
  • (B) Water : 300cc
  • (B) Dried bonito : 小さじ1
  • (B) Umami seasoning : 8振り
  • (B)ラード : 5〜6cm
  • 小ネギ : 適量
  • メンマ : 適量
  • 味付き卵 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Make the char siu 01:00

    Place the frying pan on the stove.
    Add the pork belly block and cook on all sides.
    Wipe off the oil with kitchen paper.
