Ingredients
- Plain bread : 1 slice (cut into 6 slices)

- (A) Mayonnaise : 小さじ1
- (A) Water : 大さじ1/2
- 砂糖 : 小さじ1/2
- 有塩バター : 10g

Prepare the bread

Hollow out the center of the bread, leaving 1cm from the crust.

Make the egg mixture

Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Add (A) and mix well until the mayonnaise is mixed in.
Add sugar and mix well. -

Place salted butter in an egg frying pan.
Cook on medium heat.
Once the salted butter has melted, reduce heat to medium-low.
Place the crust of bread from step 1 into the mixture and press down well.
Pour 2 into the hollowed out part of the bread.
Place the ham on top of 2.
Place melted sliced cheese on top of the ham.
Place the hollowed out bread slice from step 1 on top of it.
Once the eggs are cooked, flip them over using a frying pan.
When the other side is browned, turn off the heat. -
