  • 豚ロース肉(厚切り・とんかつ用) : 2枚(300g)
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ1
  • (A)酒 : 大さじ1(A)おろしにんにく 小さじ1
  • (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1
  • (A)おろしにんにく : 小さじ1
  • (A)おろし生姜 : 小さじ1
  • (A)塩コショウ : 少量
  • (A)片栗粉 : 小さじ2
  • 片栗粉 : 適量
  • 油 : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 01:12

    フォークで豚ロース肉に数か所穴をあける。
    豚ロース肉を一口大の大きさに切り、(A)を揉み込む。
    味を付けた豚ロース肉に、片栗粉をまぶす。

  2. 2) 揚げる 02:01

    Add about 5mm to 1cm of oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
    Place 1 in the hot oil and heat over medium heat.
    Once fried and browned, flip it over and cook the other side as well.
    Once completely browned, remove from the oven and drain off the oil.
    Once the oil has drained, serve on a plate and it's done.

・豚ロース肉は、赤みがあって脂が多めにある肩ロースの部位がおすすめ。
・油の温度の確認は、菜箸を入れて泡が立ったら豚肉を投入してよい。
・調味料を揉み込んでいるため、焦げやすいので注意する。
・揚げ時間の目安は、両面で6分ほどとなる。
