Grate the garlic and add it in, mixing. -

Point
* Small new potatoes are used, but if you are using regular sized potatoes, just reduce the amount to one.
- Cutting new potatoes into 5mm widths will help them cook evenly.
I use new potatoes with the skin on, but you can peel them if you prefer.
You can cut the new potatoes into smaller pieces or cubes if you prefer.
