Point
・Use 55g of eggs without shells.
- Granulated sugar may be used instead of cane sugar.
・Matcha tends to form lumps, so be sure to sift it before adding.
・If the temperature of the frying oil is too high, the surface of the pancake mix, which also contains sugar, will turn black in about a minute, so be careful.
・Start frying with oil at a low temperature and let it reach around 150℃ at the end.
・Delicious even when cold.
