- ごぼう : 1/3本

- (A)だし汁 : 50㏄
- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ2
- (A)みりん : 大さじ3
- ご飯 : 適量
- 紅生姜 : 適量
- 三つ葉 : 適量

Shred the burdock root over a bowl filled with water (not included in the recipe).
Cut the chicken breasts into 1/3 thick slices and then slice them all into strips. -

具材を茹でる

フライパンに水を入れる。
1のごぼうと鶏むね肉を入れ、蓋をして茹でる。
煮立ってきたら蓋を外し、灰汁を取り除く。
茹で汁が、50㏄程残るまで茹でる。 -

味付けをする

Once (A) is mixed in, beat the eggs into it.
Cover and simmer until eggs are cooked to your desired doneness. -

3の蓋を外し、ご飯の上に盛り付ける。
お好みで紅生姜と三つ葉を添えたら、完成。
Point
・今回のレシピは、2人前のレシピとなる。
・鶏皮が苦手な場合は、取り除いて調理する。
・工程2では、茹で汁を50㏄程残すこと。
・だし汁は、水と顆粒だしで作る。
・ごぼうをささがきにした際にごぼうを浸している水は、灰汁が出てるのでフライパンの中に一緒に入れないようにする。
