Ingredients
- 牛乳 : 500g
- 砂糖 : 40g
- 卵 : 1個
- (A) Water : 大さじ2
- (A) Powdered gelatin : 5g

Soften the gelatin

Add (A) to a container, mix and soften.

牛乳を温める

牛乳を鍋に入れ、弱火で温める。
ボウルに卵を割り入れ、砂糖を加えて泡立て器で擦り混ぜるように混ぜる。
牛乳の鍋を中火にし、泡立て器で混ぜながら温める。
沸々したら、吹きこぼれる手前で火を止める。
鍋に1を加えて混ぜ溶かす。 -

卵のボウルを泡立て器で混ぜながら、牛乳を少量ずつ加えてよく混ぜる。

Point
・The amount shown is equivalent to 3 to 4 containers of 100 to 130 g.
・Medium-sized eggs are used.
Add the milk little by little while mixing the eggs to prevent the eggs from clumping.
- Be sure to keep stirring while heating to prevent the pudding liquid from solidifying.
- Heating the pudding liquid in step 4 enhances its flavor.
・Time required to cool in the refrigerator is not included in the total time.
