Ingredients
- iced coffee : 1L
- Gelatin (for jelly) : 10g
- 生クリーム : 50g
- Gelatin (for arrangement) : 1〜2g
- 砂糖 : 10g
- 練乳 : 適量

Procedure

Make the jelly liquid

Put the gelatin (for jelly) and gelatin (for arranging) into a container and soak each in water (not included in the recipe).
Place 1/10 of the iced coffee in a bowl.
Separate 2-3 tablespoons from the remaining iced coffee.
Heat the iced coffee in a 500W microwave for 1 to 1 minute 30 seconds.
Add gelatin (for jelly) and mix.
Add iced coffee little by little and let cool.
Transfer to a bowl. -

Pour the jelly mixture into an iced coffee container.
Place in the refrigerator and let cool and harden.
Add gelatin (for arranging) to 2-3 tablespoons of the set aside iced coffee and let cool. -

Making the cream

Whip the cream with a whisk for 5 to 6 minutes.
Chill 2 to 3 tablespoons of iced coffee in ice water (not included in the recipe), add the condensed milk, mix, and add to the fresh cream.
Mix with a whisk. -

Point
- Use 2 tablespoons of water (not included in the recipe) for 10g of gelatin, and 1 tablespoon of water (not included in the recipe) for 1-2g of gelatin.
・Whip the cream until it doesn't form stiff peaks.
-The amount of condensed milk can be adjusted to your liking.
-You can finish it off with condensed milk if you like.
