    焼き色がついたら裏返し、両面に焼き色がついたら一旦取り出す。

    フライパンになたね油(分量外)を適量引いて中火にかけ、卵1個を割り入れて軽くほぐす。
    油揚げを乗せて押し焼きする。
    卵が固まったら裏返し、焼き色がついたら取り出す。
