Ingredients
- ご飯 : 適量
- Chinese cabbage kimchi : 200g
- 豚バラ薄切り肉 : 200g
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2玉
- 小ねぎ : 1本
- にんにく : 1片
- ごま油 : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Oyster sauce : 大さじ1/2

Cut the onion in half and cut into 2cm pieces.
Cut the garlic in half lengthwise, remove the sprouts and chop finely.
Cut off the root of the onion and chop into small pieces.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. -

Add sesame oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Add the thinly sliced pork belly and stir fry.
Once the other side is cooked, flip it over, and when 80-90% of the whole thing is cooked, remove it from the oven.
Add the garlic and fry until fragrant, then add the onion and fry.
Once the onions have browned, add the thinly sliced pork belly back in.
Once the thinly sliced pork belly is cooked through, add (A) and stir fry.
Add the cabbage kimchi and stir fry for 1 to 1.5 minutes, then turn off the heat. -

丼にご飯を入れて2を盛り付け、小ねぎを振りかけたら完成。
Point
・The amount shown is for two people.
・You can use your favorite cabbage kimchi and pork belly.
・You can also use chives or bean sprouts if you like.
- Garlic can be substituted with 1/2 teaspoon of garlic paste.
- Sesame oil can be substituted with your favorite fat.
- Be sure to remove the garlic sprouts as they will cause a bitter taste and burn.
-Stir-frying oyster sauce enhances the flavor.
-You can add egg yolk or soft-boiled egg as a topping if you like.
