- (A)グラニュー糖 : 100g

- (B)薄力粉 : 120g
- (B)ベーキングパウダー : 小さじ1
- (B)塩 : ひとつまみ

無塩バターを溶かす

Crack the eggs into another bowl and beat well with a whisk.
Add (A) and mix well until the granulated sugar dissolves.
While mixing, add 1 little by little and mix.
Add (B) while sifting, and mix well until uniform. -

Place glassine cups into muffin tins and pour in the batter until the tins are 80-90% full.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and it's done.
Point
- The amount given is enough for six muffins in a 6cm diameter muffin tin.
・Beating the eggs well will make it easier to mix in the other ingredients.
・Be sure to sift powders before adding to prevent lumps.
- When pouring the batter, it is easier to use a piping bag, but you can also use a spoon.
- If you overcook it, it will lose moisture and the texture will become unpleasant, so if you insert a bamboo skewer and no batter sticks to it, you can remove it from the oven.
