- 長ネギ : 適量
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A)Mirin : 小さじ1
- 水 : 600ml
- ほんだし : 大さじ1と少々

Finely chop the green onion and place it in a small, deep plate with (A).

Fill a pot with water and place a small plate containing the sauce in the center of the pot.
Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces, place them around a small plate, add half of the dashi and bring to a simmer.
Once the tofu is cooked, turn off the heat and add the remaining half of the dashi.
Remove the small plate of sauce and complete.

・You can use the amount of green onions you like.
・By adding mirin, you can create a sauce with a mellow taste.
