- Potatoes : 2 pieces (300g)
- にんじん : 100g(1/2本)
- 玉ねぎ : 100g(1/2個)
- 豚こま切れ肉 : 150g
- (A) Water : 200ml
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ2
- (A) Alcohol : 大さじ2
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Miso : 大さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1
- (A) Dashi stock : 小さじ1
- (A) Grated ginger : 小さじ1
- 油 : 適量

Do the preparations

Peel the potatoes and remove the sprouts.
Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
Peel the onion and cut it into wedges.
Peel the carrots and cut them into bite-sized pieces. -

Heat oil in a deep saucepan or frying pan over medium heat.
Spread the minced pork in and stir fry.
When the pork chops change color, add 1 and stir fry.
When the potatoes become translucent, add (A) and mix well and bring to a boil.
Remove the scum.
Once boiling, cover with aluminum foil and simmer over low to medium heat for 15 minutes. -

・Serves 2.
If the pork cuts are large, tear them apart with your hands.
・If you don't like grated ginger, you don't have to add it.
-At the end of step 2, check if the potatoes are cooked by inserting chopsticks into them.
- Adjust the heating time according to how cooked the ingredients are and how moist the seasonings are.
