  • 合いびき肉 : 200g
  • ナス : 2本
  • ピーマン : 1個
  • にんにく : 1片

  • 油 : 大さじ1と1/2
  • マヨネーズ : 適量
  • 粉チーズ : 適量
  • (A) Cooking sake : 大さじ2
  • (A) Mirin : 大さじ2
  • (A) Sweet bean paste : 大さじ1
  • (A) Oyster sauce : 大さじ1
  • (B) Sugar : 小さじ1/2
  • (B) Sliced chili peppers : ひとつまみ

Procedure

  1. 1) Cutting vegetables 01:55

    Cut off the stem of the eggplant and roughly chop it.
    Remove stems and seeds from peppers and roughly chop.

  2. 2) 肉みそを作る 05:05

    フライパンに油を引いて強火にかけ、合いびき肉を炒める。
    8割火が通ったら、1を加えて炒める。
    にんにくと生姜をすりおろして加え、炒める。
    全体に火が通ったら、(A)を加えて炒める。
    (B)を加えて炒めたら、お皿に盛る。

  3. 3) ミニトマトを切る 10:50

    ミニトマトのヘタを切り落とし、半分に切る。

  4. 4) トルティーヤを焼く 11:50

    フライパンを弱火にかけ、マヨネーズを回し入れた上から卵を割り入れて軽くほぐす。
    トルティーヤを上に被せて焼く。
    火が通ったら、裏返して焼く。

  5. 5) 盛り付ける 13:25

    Place 4 on a flat plate, then top with 2, 3, and coriander.

- Eggplant and bell pepper meat miso can also be eaten on rice, bread, or lettuce.
- You can leave out the coriander if you like, or use shiso leaves or green onions instead.
