フライパンにごま油を引いて強火にかけ、ピーマンと生わかめを入れて炒める。
めんつゆを加えて軽く混ぜたら、ちりめんじゃこを加えて炒める。
ピーマンがお好みの硬さになったら白ごまを加え、混ぜたら完成。
