  • (A) Cane sugar : 10g
  • (A) Sea salt : 2g
  • 無糖ヨーグルト : 100g
  • (B) Rice flour : 120g
  • (B) Potato starch : 20g
  • (B) Baking powder : 8g
  • オリーブオイル : 小さじ1/2
  • 水 : 大さじ1

    生地をゴムベラで掬って、ナンの形に整えながら入れる。
    蓋をして弱めの中火で焼き、表面が乾いたら裏返して蓋をし2分焼く。
    焼き色がついたら水を加え、蓋をして蒸し焼きにする。
    水が飛んだら蓋を取り、1分焼いたら完成。
