- (A) Sea salt : 2g

- (B) Rice flour : 120g
- (B) Potato starch : 20g
- (B) Baking powder : 8g
- オリーブオイル : 小さじ1/2
- 水 : 大さじ1

Place silken tofu in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
Add (A) → unsweetened yogurt → (B) in that order, mixing well after each addition. -

フライパンを熱し、薄くオリーブオイルを引いたら一旦火を止める。
生地をゴムベラで掬って、ナンの形に整えながら入れる。
蓋をして弱めの中火で焼き、表面が乾いたら裏返して蓋をし2分焼く。
焼き色がついたら水を加え、蓋をして蒸し焼きにする。
水が飛んだら蓋を取り、1分焼いたら完成。
Point
・The amount shown is for two servings.
・Use silken tofu without draining it.
- The water absorption rate of rice flour varies depending on the manufacturer, so it is best to use rice flour with low water content.
- When pouring the batter into the frying pan, pouring it thickly will result in a naan with a nice texture.
If your frying pan is small, cook one piece at a time.
