- 魚肉ソーセージ : 4本
- そば : 2玉
- 大根おろし : 適量
- 万能ねぎ : 適量
- 大葉 : 適量
- 刻みのり : 適量
- わさび : 適量
- めんつゆ : 適量
- (A)水 : 500cc
- (A)卵 : 2個
- (A)小麦粉 : 適量
- 揚げ油 : 適量

下ごしらえをする

魚肉ソーセージを縦半分に切る。
片端を1cm残して3本切り込みを入れ、緩めの三つ編みに編む。
ほどけないように爪楊枝で止め、薄く小麦粉(分量外)をまぶしておく。
大根をすりおろす。
(A)を混ぜて衣を作り、冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。 -

Braided fish sausages are coated with batter and deep fried.
Fry for about 2 minutes, removing the fried bits.
Turn the heat to high and submerge the entire thing, then remove it onto a wire rack to drain the oil and remove the toothpicks. -

Once cooked, place in a colander and rinse with running water to remove the slime.
Rinse in ice water and drain. -

Point
・If you braid fish sausage before frying it, the surface area becomes larger and the batter can penetrate into the gaps, resulting in tempura with a good texture.
- When braiding, handle it gently so it doesn't break.
- When frying, do not add too much oil to keep the oil temperature constant.
・You can use your favorite toppings.
