- Chicken thigh : 300g
- (A) Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Cooking sake : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Sesame oil : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Glass soup base : 1 tsp
- (A) Grated garlic (tube) : About 1 cm
- (A) Ginger (tube) : About 1 cm
- (A) Five-spice powder : 1 tsp
- Beaten egg : 1 piece
- (B) Tapioca powder : 50g
- (B) Cake flour : 20g
- (B) Five-spice powder : a little
- Vegetables for serving (lettuce, cabbage, radish, cucumber, etc.) : Appropriate amount

Point
・ The most important point of fried chicken from Taiwan is five-spice powder, which is a spice with a slightly unique flavor such as star anise, so you can adjust the amount according to your taste.
・ If the frying oil is very dirty, harden it and throw it away. If it seems to be usable, put a tissue in the place where the oil pot is strained and strain the oil in a slightly warm state.
・ If you don't like spicy food, you can mix the last chili pepper with paprika powder.
・ Chili pepper is not required.
