Ingredients

- 味噌 : 大さじ1/2

Chop the onion finely.
Cut the garlic in half, remove the sprouts and chop finely. -

Add olive oil to a frying pan over medium heat and add the garlic.
When it starts to boil and become fragrant, add the ground meat and press it down with a spatula while spreading it out and cooking.
Once browned, flip it over and move it to the other half of the frying pan.
Add the onions into the remaining space, fry lightly, and heat while stirring.
Once everything is cooked through, add the canned tomatoes and mix while mashing them.
After heating for 1 minute, add the sugar and stir fry for 15 to 20 seconds, then add (A) and mix.
Reduce heat to medium low and simmer, stirring, for 3 minutes.
Add the miso, mix until dissolved and it's done. -

Point
・The amount shown is enough for three people.
・We use a mixture of ground pork and beef, but you can also use ground pork or ground chicken if you prefer.
・We recommend using whole canned tomatoes, which have a strong umami flavor.
- Adding plain yogurt will make it more mellow, and adding miso will give it more richness.
・In addition to onions, you can also add eggplant, peppers, carrots, etc.
