  • 無塩バター : 80g

Procedure

  1. 1) 生地を作る 01:00

    ボウルにバターを入れてゴムベラで滑らかになるまで混ぜる。
    ホットケーキミックスを加えて混ぜ、ひとかたまりにする。
    チョコレートを細かく割って加え、軽く混ぜる。

  2. 2) 冷凍庫で冷やす 02:47

    1を5等分に分けて丸め、ラップで包み、整える。
    冷凍庫で3時間以上冷やす。

  3. 3) 焼く 03:30

    天板にアルミホイルを敷く。
    2のラップを外し、間隔をあけて天板に並べる。
    アルミホイルを被せて、1000Wのトースターで15~20分焼く。
    粗熱を取って完成。
