Procedure

  1. 1) ゆで卵を作る 01:58

    Boil water (not included in the recipe) in a small saucepan.
    Add salt (for boiling eggs) to boiling water, add the eggs using a ladle, and boil for 8 minutes.
    Turn off the heat, remove from the heat and place in a bowl of ice water (not included in the recipe) to chill for about 10 minutes.

Point

・ちくわはお好み量でよい。
・動画内ではノンオイルツナ缶を使用しているが、お好みの物でよい。
・味噌は合わせ味噌がおすすめ。
・動画内では、きび砂糖を使用しているが上白糖やてんさい糖でも代用可能。
・卵は冷蔵庫から出して10分ほど置いておく。
