  • 新玉ねぎ : 1/2個

  • (A) Sugar : 大さじ3
  • 醤油 : ひと回し
  • 粉山椒 : 適量

    サラダ油適量(分量外)と豚こま肉を入れて、強火で炒める。
    火が通ったら、しめじと新玉ねぎを加えて軟らかくなるまで炒める。
    塩コショウを振って炒め、ズッキーニを戻して炒める。
    醤油を加えてしばらく加熱し、2を軽く混ぜてから加え、粉山椒を振りかける。
    全体を炒め合わせ、調味料が馴染んだら完成。

・You can use onions or green onions instead of spring onions.
