- (A) Milk : 50ml
- (A) Condensed milk : 小さじ2

Put 50ml of black coffee into a heat-resistant container and heat it in a 600W microwave for 30 seconds.
Add the gelatin powder and mix well for 1 minute or until it dissolves and there are no lumps left. -

残りの常温のブラックコーヒーに、1を入れてよく混ぜる。
1の耐熱容器に少量戻して混ぜ、ゼリー液に戻す。 -

ラップをして冷蔵庫で2~3時間冷やす。 -

Top with vanilla ice cream and it's done.
Point
・Black coffee comes from a plastic bottle.
・We use unsweetened black coffee, but you can use lightly sweetened or add sugar to your preference.
- Allow the black coffee to return to room temperature beforehand.
If you don't have bottled black coffee, you can dissolve some instant coffee.
・You can use your favorite sugar instead of condensed milk.
・A container may be used instead of a vat.
If you prefer crushed jelly, mix it with a fork.
・Time required to cool in the refrigerator is not included in the total time.
