Ingredients

  • Tofu : 300g
  • cocoa powder : 20g
  • 蜂蜜 : 100g
  • Powdered gelatin : 3g
  • 水 : 大さじ1

Procedure

    Dice the tofu.
    Add the tofu to boiling water (not included in the recipe) and boil for 20 to 30 seconds.
    Remove the tofu and let it cool while replacing the water (not included in the recipe).
    Strain the tofu four times.

    Combine water and gelatin powder to soften.
    Add the cocoa powder to 1 little by little and mix with a whisk.
    Add honey and mix.
    Heat the gelatin liquid in a 500W microwave for 20 to 30 seconds.
    While mixing the batter, add the gelatin liquid and mix.

    Flatten it out and place in the refrigerator to chill.

Point

・Use a tofu pack instead of a mold.
- Wash the tofu pack, wipe it with kitchen paper and leave it to dry.
・Boiling the tofu in hot water (not included in the recipe) will remove the water and unpleasant odor.
If you like, you can add cocoa powder after adding the honey.
-You can finish it off with chocolate syrup if you like.
