    斜め切りにした後、千切りにする。
    ボウルに入れて塩を振り、手で揉み込む。
    きゅうりから水分が出てきたら水気を手で絞り、ボウルに入れる。
    カニ風味かまぼこを1cm幅に切り、包丁の側面を当ててほぐしてきゅうりのボウルに加える。
    片栗粉、ごま油を加えて混ぜる。
