Ingredients

  • 豚こま肉 : 250g
  • ピーマン : 100g
  • (A)塩コショウ : 適量
  • (A)酒 : 大さじ1
  • (A)片栗粉 : 大さじ1と1/2
  • 油 : 適量
  • (B)酒 : 大さじ3
  • (B)鶏がらスープ : 小さじ1
  • レモン汁 : 小さじ1
  • 黒コショウ : 適量
  • 塩 : 1つまみ

Procedure

  1. 1) つくねを作る 02:49

    ピーマンを、みじん切りにしボウルに移す。
    豚こま肉を細かく切り、ボウルに入れる。
    (A)を加えて、よく揉み込む。
    丸く形を作り、フライパンに並べ入れる。

  2. 2) 焼く 10:38

    1のフライパンへ油を入れる。
    フライパンに蓋をし、中火で焼き色が付くまで焼く。
    焼き色が付いたらつくねを裏返し、再度蓋をして焼く。
    つくねの中に火が通ったら、取り出す。

  3. 3) 塩レモンダレを作る 19:18

    2のフライパンへ(B)を入れて、煮詰める。
    フライパンへレモン汁と黒コショウ、塩を加えたら、2の上にかけて完成。

Point
